Why the association exists
The Travel Trade Association of Uttar Pradesh was formed to fulfil the void and the necessity for an Association of Travel Agents in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
We strive to work for the betterment of the travel fraternity through various programs, trainings, trade shows and various other activities. The Society is a non-profit charitable society, with its area of operation across the State of Uttar Pradesh.
It is governed by a Managing Committee elected by the general body of members for a three-year term, ensuring transparent and representative leadership of the travel trade community.

Promote inbound and outbound tourism in Uttar Pradesh and safeguard the interests of persons engaged in travel and tourism.
Organise study tours for travel agents, tourism promotion agencies and travel writers.
Undertake tourism promotion through seminars, workshops, exhibitions, study classes, tours and publications.
Engage consultants for tourism promotion studies and research.
Undertake training programs for staff, members and students in travel and tourism.
Support national, cultural and social festivals conducive to tourism promotion.
Respond to government and local authority policies impacting the tourism trade.
Establish or affiliate with similar bodies, associations or companies in India and abroad.
Raise funds through donations, membership subscriptions, stall rent, exhibitions and advertisements.
Acquire property, borrow funds as needed, and invest surplus funds in bank deposits or government securities.
Frame rules, regulations and bye-laws for the governance of the Society.
